Round 11: the other games. Indigenous round (Part 2)

Since we're currently playing a VFL game, I thought I'd just start the thread and not follow it with my usual gibbering. And really, it is a bit of a meh round, football wise. Most of the games look to be either very one-sided or insignificant. About the only one that I might take an interest in, will be whether the good Suns show up against Hawthorn.

Of course we would all love the Suns to thrash Hawthorn, they are nauseatingly pleased with themselves after the last round. I'd also like to see Port extend Essendon's suffering, and the AFLs first nil-all draw between Collingwood and Carlton.
Am I asking for too much?

I think most of us enjoy your 'gibberings' deja.

Well, I'm having a couple of wines now, but I might do some gibbering later.

Just love it when we're the first game of the round and we have a win! Can sit back and enjoy all the other games knowing we've already put 4 valuable points in the bag!

Don't really mind who wins most of the rest of the games but would love to see the Poodles, Hawks and Bombers lose! Like bandwagon and stevo, hoping for a nil all draw in the Pies/Blues clash. Then, both clubs and their supporters would be bitterly disappointed!

Bris v GWS - 14 goals in the FIRST QUARTER! Insane.

First team to play some defence wins?

Coaches have spoiled it for everyone - only 5 goals in the second quarter.

While a draw between the Blues and Pies would be hilarious, it would still help the Blues stay in the top four, possibly at our expense, more than a loss. Two points vs zero.

Best scenario for us is the Pies winning.

8 goal quarter by the Dockers so now up by a couple at three quarter time. Was hoping the Demons would win so they were more susceptible to us upsetting them next week but this could fire them up.

A lot of empty seats at the MCG. The Melbourne bandwagon "supporters" can't even get through a single game when they aren't winning.
That and the seven o'çlock dinner reservation at that new Yemeni-Chilean fusion restaurant on Little Bourke St.
