Wow, who would you drop for next week for Cunningham and McInerney? Only Rowbottom had a stinker, everyone else was solid to excellent.

Great win by the lads and a great response to last weeks performance.

Let's get on a roll now......no more inconsistent crap Swannies.

Solid game by Stephens. His kicking was of a magnitude better than it’s been in the VFL.
Solid win by the team. The McCartin brothers are formidable.

Pretty happy with how that all turned out
Jones one of the best tonight, I thought. For us. He got plenty of the ball but succumbed to pressure and probably found more red and white jumpers than Saints ones. Membrey though was good for them.

Paddy and Hickey both good for us.

Buddy was nailing targets inside 50 in the first half

Captain, I am detecting large quantities of win in this sector

Big difference from the half backs being on their bike. Blakey BOG. He’s become outstanding as a player. Lloyd excellent too.

I’ve occasionally been frustrated by Ollie, but mainly because that’s the sort of game I want him to play. Superb tonight.

Stephens solid without being spectacular but definitely deserves more seniors time for that.

    Our defensive energy excellent.

Nice to sit back, relax and enjoy a good smashing once in a while. Saints weren't much opposition, but I reckon the Swans defensive pressure made them look even worse.

Good to have Hickey back and I thought all the players who came in went pretty well. It was good to see them enjoying it and having an impact.

    Also Blakey, how good!

I enjoyed the McCartins post-game too, they seem like boys that mum would be proud of. Obviously very close off the field and becoming a great team on it.

Good win to stay in the 8 - still rueing that GC loss, could have been 5th or even 4th with a little more percentage, but not too badly placed for the run home.

I would keep both out for one more week. Mcinerney is just not right. His run and carry has been missing for weeks. Maybe he is injured. Let’s rest him for a week. Same with Harry, let’s make him battle hardened. Fox played well.
Clarke faded but still good. And Stephens did what he had to do - impressed everyone.

I'm glad he has become outstanding as a player rather than as a mathematical equation, a piece of garden furniture or perhaps as a sculpture. Given we are a team that needs players, this is a good outcome.
My opinion is objective truth in its purest form
