Well the Cats are two goals up with two mins to play, so Port probably are dead.

You'd think that, but having constructed scenarios where either Hawthorn or Essendon make the eight, then I suspect that I could construct one where Port remain undead, rather than dead. But it would be mildly ironic, if dad's army did effectively killed the zombie.

It wouldn’t hurt if the Suns beat the Lions

Port are technically alive, but you can strike them out now.

I think it's part of his work for the dole commitments.

I do hope Melbourne run away with it. Obviously we have Suns v Lions up here. Quite a good game, so far.

So, I have a question. Is Port Adelaide actually a place? You know, like with ships and containers and militant unionists and "salty old sea dogs"
propping up the bar telling tall stories about storms and pirates? Or is it just some weird footy construct like Greater Western Sydney?

Trust me, that question wouldn't go well in the north eastern suburbs of Adelaide.

Port Adelaide is the SANFL's version of Collingwood, except they actually won their Grand Finals instead of losing them. They have won 36 SANFL premierships. Toffs who barrack for other clubs HATE them.

Fun fact: their club song is based on the Notre Dame march, the same as the Swans.

And yes, Port Adelaide is a real place.

Suns v Lions is an excellent game. Still a pretty good chance that the Suns will do us a favour. Touk Miller is a front runner for my favourite player that isn't a Swan.
