Yep, they're believing all the fairytale hype and hoping the umps do too. Umpiring has been just ok so far........but that's better than 2016.

    Umps should stop the violence.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

Heeney seems a bit off. Hopefully he will pull his finger out and get into the game

Why did Reid have a go at Sidebottom after he kicked the goal?

Very happy with that start. Would have been great if Franklin kicked that one, but we had the bonus Warner goal.

We have been lucky they haven't scored more as they had a lot of inside 50s. Umpiring is poor, Franklin getting rough treatment, Heeney was pushed in the back when he had the mark called against him etc.

Yes let's maintain or increase this lead so the Umps can't influence the result. Warner is a beautiful kick and the younger players don't look overwhelmed- Good sign that Papley kicked that goal- and Buddy's had a sighter now...so he'll be fine too..

Fingers crossed- I'm a nervous wreck

Has been in a few 'bash and crash' situations so far.....hopefully he hasn't picked up a niggle.

That's 3 goals from stoppages now. We need to fix that!
