Yeah, exactly. How about we draft someone we DON'T have 27 of already?

Unless someone's suggesting there's a noticeable dearth of 180 cm, lightweight runners on our list.
My opinion is objective truth in its purest form

As much as I would have like to get Lauchie. Great to see him go to Carlton , his family are diehard blues fans and when I say diehard I mean diehard lol

If not for the Swans, the AFL could do away with the draft and just go with Cal Twomey's phantom draft.

So instead of Ed Allan or similar GWS got Toby McMullin. As obscure as Vickery - maybe more so.

    Great point.

Made GF well ahead of schedule with the present recruiting team but I guess you know better.

Eatern Victorian flavour with our first 2 picks. Wonder if that will continue with our final pick?

Bit of a whack choice tbh. Couldve likely got him in our next pick and we have so many running back types already. Would've much rathered Cowan

So who's next? 3 selections ahead of us. Who don't we want THEM to pick? For me it's Hustwaite! Damn you Hawthorn!

    Now I don't really have a favourite.

No, because he was a Hawthorn NGA player, who would have matched our bid with our next pick.

We used the pick we got from Hawks to nab their academy player.
