Gould just crushed a Hawk's player. Beautiful hip and shoulder.

Gould just showed that the bump is not dead. None of the umpires paid a free, so hopefully there's nothing to worry about.

The VFL team is playing OK, but their kicking is unbelievably bad.

Haley is showing a bit of skill.

First sight of McAndrew for the year, not forcing me into a radical rethink so far.

Showed some good pressure and probably should have won the quarter by more than a point, but got caught on the break a couple of times and missed a few gettable chances at the other end.
My best are still Sheldrick, Warner, McAndrew and Francis. Though a bit of a worry, is that it seems that Sheldrick is the only genuine hard nut, inside midfielder in the side. Other centre bounce attendees that I've noticed, have been Shipley, Warner and Bartholomaeus. All of whom are lighter framed outside mids. Probably Sheather is another possibility, but perhaps they're holding him back, after he had a long term injury lay off?

Sheather just had a shot fromm 7 meters out and could not even score a point.

Don't think I saw Warner that quarter? Hope he's being held over as a possible AFL emergency, rather than him being injured. Hall-Kahan stepped up in his absence and played a useful quarter.

I thought, "Oh Angus, why did you handball to a ruckman?" But good that Owen put it through.

As crackedactor01 said earlier - our field kicking is terrible - we obviously skipped the pre-season

If he has been reported, I wonder what Gould said to the umpire?
