I suspect that if it looks like Mills is going to miss half a season or more, he'll be the person feeling the lousiest. All those games
and opportunities lost for basically nothing. I feel a bit sorry for him. Sure, it was silly but there was a lot of bad luck involved too.

How do we know Mills was alcohol fuelled? Who of us really know???? He , in my estimation, is a sensible young man and this is totally out of character

Interesting the recovery time, it will just be a question of contact come March next year.

He will be running by December so fitness wont be an issue.

Read a NRL doc saying 6 months max

Hundred per cent. Don't get the anger and hate.

Unfortunately it’ll take longer to be AFL fit compared to NRL. Hit harder at higher speeds.

Given his shoulder will probably take some time to get back to full functionality, hopefully it means Longmire won’t be able to send Mills back to defence when we’re under pressure as an intercept mark.

Just looking for some upside in all this.
'Delicious' is a fun word to say

Say what?? I don’t support or enjoy NRL that much but to say it’s not as physically demanding on a shoulder is well off the mark.

Unfortunately I can’t see any upside to this, I’m-uninformed. He won’t be back until he’s fully ready and shouldn’t be risked in any position until then. Really bad luck but realistically avoidable. Feel for Millsy as I’m sure he must feel absolutely awful.

I haven’t seen anyone hate Mills on here. So what if people are angry at him though?

He was in a pub, drinking and wrestling. Clearly if it was an accident the club wouldn’t have come out and said what they did.

Sure it was an unlucky injury as they probably wrestle all the time. Nothing wrong with people being disappointed in him though.

Agree with this, AFL isnt a patch on NRL for shoulder demand

Hopefully it gets fixed properly and isnt ongoing for his career.

'NRL Physio' Brien Seeney hosed down those claims, saying something would have had to go "extremely wrong" for an elite footballer to be out that long with a rotator cuff issue. Seeney said it was more likely Mills would miss a maximum of six months with such an injury.
So seems Morris and Edmund may have some explains to do ! Sensationalism who would of thought lol hope this guys right
