Lovely kick from Campbell to set up that Smit goal.
Hamling looks like he's still enjoying life in the forward line.
Good effort to be in front 26-9 at the quarter. All the midfielders have been busy, with Cleary leading the way with 12 possessions. Our pressure is generally causing North to bomb it into their forwards, which Snell and Edwards have been dealing with.
McAndrew off the ground by concussion, hope he is OK. Moi Moi looking dangerous up forward, I think he has gone past Konstanty, who continues to disappoint. Cleary looks a AFL player of the future.
Fairly scrappy, but competitive game. Did pretty well to be in front 41-30 at half time. Winning the tackle count 26-11, with Campbell leading the way with 5. Looks like it's the turn of Moi Moi to pop up in the forward line, with 3 goals so far. All the midfield have gone pretty well. In defence, Magor has been using the ball well, Snell and Edwards have been strong in the air, and Geddes has had some important efforts.
Might have a problem in the ruck, with McAndrew seeming like he won't be back with a possible concussion, and Ladhams having a bit of a limp for a while. Hopefully young Green will step up: he's done a few good things already.
Good pressure to keep it locked in the forward line, until Shipley finally scrambled it through.

Ladhams is fit and currently firing.
Odd quarter, in that I thought we were marginally the better side, but somehow lost it 5 goals to 3. Ladhams was having a good quarter, until he decided that he could pinpoint a chip kick coming out of the back pocket. He couldn't. Looks like the wind has picked up and may have been favouring North.
Looks like Ladhams has pulled his finger out and putting in big effort. About time
TBF to Ladhams hes been good and trying hard all year in the ressies
But today Ladhams really showed what he can do, after McAndrew went off with concussion before half time. Sam Hayes was dominating the @@@@ but Ladhams took over and went from 4 hitouts to nearly match Hayes on 22 hitouts at the end. Great win for the ressies in the held and unlike in past games, the boys held on the last quarter to win.
