I hope the board sticks to the rebuilding game plan and doesn't worry about the scoreboard too much. Having said that, I'm feeling reasonably positive and expect the boys to slip under the guard of some of the stronger teams. The really good news is that we shouldn't have more retirements for another couple of years (Cressa being the exception).
