Are Walls, Healy and Sheahan all full time football commentators / analysts? If I paid their cheque I would expect them to be watching every game and not goofing off on message boards all day.

Your mate was a "show pony" - Wallsy had to get all his teammates to beat some sense into him. Only right & proper thing to do.

This is not the answer Sanecow. Players need to be encouraged and coaches must believe in them so that their best can be brought out. All players have champions living inside their hearts and stomachs.
