The eternal connundrum "what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object" was finally solved when David Hasselhoff punched himself in the face.
Up by a lazy 42 at Qtr time. Freo have actually had a few chances to set things up, but once they get into their 50, it's straight out again. Sandilands looks shot and Headland injured early (Scary reminder of the risk we are taking tomorrow night actually)

As soon as Geelong lost I was happy.
Out of the three main teams, Geelong, Wobbles and the Saints, I was inclined to be up against the Saints.
Also, teh added bnefit is that the Cats may knock out teh Wobbles, taking away all that secondary tension on GF day (hoping the pies lose)
Anyway, playing Carlton of Hawthorn first off was much of a muchness for me.
But then to play the out of form dogs, then the Saints, then the Cats in the GF, we have a dream run.

I picked the Swans to win the flag in the "where will we finish up" thred at the start of the season.
