Echuca snares ex-SwanFORMER Sydney Swans' rookie Guy Campbell will return home to play for Echuca United in the Murray Football League next year.
Campbell spent this year with the Swans on their rookie list, but is too old to again be offered another rookie spot next season.
He was also not offered a spot on the reigning premiers' senior list for next year, meaning he had to look elsewhere if he was to continue his football career.
Good luck to the Guy.
No hard feelings it seems from him, but he just wasn't good enough to make it to the seniors.
He was very very loud at the reserves games and an enthusiastic footballer.
