The South Coast AFL have a rotating system in that each year each team hosts one of the finals, starting with the semis, the prelims next year and the GF the next year and then they miss out for a year.
It was at Albatross this year where Bomaderry took out the 1s and 2s, so Albatross move to the bottom of the list and the next club host the GF next year.
A system like that would work reasonably well in Sydney, it's fair to all teams and everyone has to travel at one point or another.
