Thread: Swans Footy Fashion

    Swans Footy Fashion

Leaving the ground on the weekend we saw a (champion) lady lining up for a photo wearing pants made out of swans scarves....if only we could drum up that kind of finals fervour and all paint the town red and show that finals fever is heating up....

or is it too early to be wearing our scarves to work?

If the siren sounds in Tasmania, and the umpires don't hear it, does it make a sound?

I heard this idiot carlton supporter say to his idiot mate at the game last sunday, "can you believe how much gear the swannies fans wear ... they're all on the bloody bandwagon anyway".

He was wearing a blue trackie.
I say, put your money where your mouth is. Idiot.
All that red & white looked F.A.B. at the GF last year!!

I agree - the red and white really stands out well, made the weagles fans look mediocre in comparison!

I loved those red and white stripped jackets that a bunch of blokes wore (I think at the Melbourne or Hawthorn game) am seriously thinking of getting some fabric and heading to those " cheap tailors of B & S attire - Kelly Country" and see what they can whip up for us! If Kennett can wear gold & brown then we can wear red and white!
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

I'm contemplating a finals costume as it is. I have done Santa Claus to death. The Clown is something I have done once & would rather not do again in a hurry to be honest.

Could do with some ideas as to costumes I could wear come PF/GF day. Any suggestions?

PS:- Does anyone know if you can still get cardboard cut out Harbour Bridges any more? I want one, for my head!

PIpe cleaners and red glitter would look good.

Hope it didn't break, given the near cyclonic conditions.

My train to work was stopped at Milsons Point because a tree fell on the line at Waverton.
