theirs - 30 more seconds and we could of stolen it but leo was always going to take that mark and we could have held on to posession for a few minutes at least. also, we were finishing strongly and they were dead tired but in '05 it was still pretty even.

But the Eagles led virtually all day in 2006 and you'd have to be unlucky to lose from that position.

Eagles 2006. Not that I really think it was lucky as such, just think they were the luckier of the two.

We turned it around in the 2nd half in 06, we would have been fair premiers. It was very much a game of two halves.

In 2005, we should have put them away after their two early goals in the last, we should have won by 20ish. I think it would have felt very much like we were robbed last year.

This is really going to be a fairly pointless discussion...

They were lucky the siren rang when it did. Otherwise we could've caught up and won (or drew).
My Pokemon brings all the boys to the yard and they're like "Wanna trade cards?"
"Damn right, I wanna trade cards. I can beat you, I've got Charizard!"

History will not mention either win as lucky & neither should we.

2006. When the last Swans goal went in, I thpought we were a chance, but someone a couple of seats up said '39 seconds". At that, I thought " Ah f@@k it!"
