Quade retires from Sydney Swans board

Official AFL Website of the Sydney Swans > News Article > Quade retires from Sydney Swans board

Well done on a great career at the Swans, Ricky Quade.

You are truely a Swans champion, be it South Melbourne or the Sydney Swans.

It's people like you, that if we didn't have at the club, the club wouldn't have survived today.

    How sad.
Geez that man has done a lot for us.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

What was wrong with that comment.

I am no great fan of Quade either. Obviously Richard Colless was not around when he coached. He had no idea. He was a battler of a player in my opinion, hardly that of a legend. Leader, hardly - refer to the previous posters comment.

Somewhat appropriate he is replaced by a g. paramore. Is someone having a laugh here?

Let's just leave it at the fact that there is not any great friendship between the pair.

Regardless, Ricky has been a great contributor on and off the field for the Swans and doesn't deserve dimwit remarks, but our thanks.

His performance would be best described as ordinary in a number of ways. As for thanks, thanks but no thanks

Yep, congrats on shagging the wives of half the Swans players back in the day.

    No great loss IMO.
