Onya Leo.
All great things must come to an end
Thanks for carrying the backline for so long... and that mark was pretty good too.
"As a player he simply should not have been able to do the things he did. Leo was a 185cm, 88kg full-back and played on some of the biggest, fastest and best full-forwards of all time, and constantly beat them." Roos.
Leo Barry? you star! We'll miss ya, ''Leapin''.
Thanks for leaving your Mark? on the game.
Come back, Tadgh.
Your post makes no sense. Who is going to put Tiger's shoulder back in when Dr Leo isn't at hand?
Now that's a funny memory of Leo - the DIY on-field shoulder reconstruction. And Leo's subsequent justification "Tadhg's shoulder is so stuffed anyway that I couldn't make it worse".

Congrats Leo on an amazing career and everything you have brought to the game and in particular the Sydney Swans. A truly respected and humble player!
So he's going to play out the year?
I dunno if it's been mentioned in the game day thread, but Robert Walls said during the broadcast something like the Geelong game was going to be Leo's last.
Yeah, right-o wallsy.
Typical Wallsy - no idea!!!
The official site says effective from end of season. The best way imo.
Thanks for the wonderful years and the unexpected heart exercise for spectators Leo. A fine career crowned by AA, premiership and THAT MARK! Heartiest congratulations and all the best for the next part of your life.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)
Leo Barry ... you star.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.
