This article seems to confirm what I have been trying to 100% confirm over the past few months, Hall still has bargaining power for us in trade week.

Driver of the Dan Hannebery bandwagon....all aboard. 4th April 09
Nooooooo.....He can't!!!!!!
If you've never jumped from one couch to the other to save yourself from lava then you didn't have a childhood
Funny how the Swans are now trying to put their tongue in appropriate places after having effectively dumped Hall.
Trying to get something for him?
We deserve to get nothing.
But if we can get something, then great.
Good to see that Hall still has faith in himself where so many others have given up on him.
You'd have thought that after all my pro Hall comments, he'd have added me as a Facebook friend
The difference between insanity and genius is measured only in success.
If he wants to play then trading him will benfit him but in truth has nothing for us other than knowing we helped out a former club great.
If it was to the Bulldogs, it will be likely for their 4th or 5th pick, which does nothing more than move our 5th of 6th pick up 4 to 8 places depending on where they finish.
The deal provides us with no bargaining power what so ever unless the Dogs were stupid enough to accept Hall and our second pick for Lake.

"Looking forward to a rebuilt, new, fast and exciting Swans model in 2010"
Read the article CureTheSane, he needs us to trade to be able to assist him be able to sort out where he is going before the PSD in order to get a full pre season with his new club.
It is very likely he has spoken to Horse and Roos and asked to be traded and not de-listed.

very sad to see he will play with another team.
Really wish he was still at the swans
Love those Swans
Good luck to the big guy, hope he does well, unless he is playing against our boys-then I hope he has the worst game of his life
If he's not under contract can't he choose where he wants to go?
Any other team who takes him on will suffer from the same one-dimensional clutter that we did. So let's hope he plays on!!
So much better to have multiple options... Goodes, White and even the old MOL has shown signs of life. Add Johnston, Vespa and perhaps MOD into the mix and our forward line in 2010 will be FAR better than the predictable Hall-dominated model.
"As a player he simply should not have been able to do the things he did. Leo was a 185cm, 88kg full-back and played on some of the biggest, fastest and best full-forwards of all time, and constantly beat them." Roos.
Leo Barry? you star! We'll miss ya, ''Leapin''.
