"The Dog days are over, The Dog days are gone" Florence and the Machine
So much for the theory that if we have an even set of contributors then we'll be successful . . . . . 18 players polled votes against the Cats from only 32 voters and we still got pumped.
And the man who started it all, the Schneiderman . . . . .
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

Round 9 v Port Adelaide, SCG.
Sydney 8.1 11.6 13.13 18.15 123 Port Adelaide 1.0 3.3 6.6 10.8 68
BEST: McVeigh, Hall, J Bolton, Kirk, OKeefe, Jolly, Buchanan
Hall kicked the first goal within a minute ,and helped out in 5 of the next 8, yes 8 goals of the first qtr, whilst
Port could only manage a solitary goal. Young gun Jesse White kicked the goal of the qtr, bursting from a centre
clearance and kicking from outside 50 for a goal. The second qtr produced little on the scorebaord, but plenty for
the crowd with some great grabs including Grundy's Mark of the Year contender over his Port opponents.
Whilst the Power managed to curtail the swans first qtr dominance, they were neverable to get into the game.
The swans by 55.
Goodes, Hall, Kirk, Jolly, McVeigh and White all kicked 2 goals.
5-4-0

Hall finised with 6 goals, and Goodes 2.
Goodes, O'Keefe, Criag Bolton and Kirk were amongst the best for the swans.

The cream rises to the top.
It's over. The only question is by how much. Talk about a proven vote getter.
The eternal connundrum "what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object" was finally solved when David Hasselhoff punched himself in the face.
You know, after watching that leader board at the Official Count, no wonder the voting for the TLM is like a dogs breakfast. It was the same on Fri night!
Also we just did not appreciate the job Peb had during this season as it was so very different to what we were used to.
Ah well, sentimental choice is what we are best at.

I think ROK may have suffered from the pre season turmoil in how he is viewed by RWO
Or Maybe we are just better at predicting Brownlow votes ...
