Poor Tadhg. Made plenty of "Metres Gained", but struggled with his boot, and head.
Thanks for the report Alison!!
Mumford started to get into the game a bit.
A few players looked less than sharp out there. Hopefully now the nerves are out of the way we can expect better things.
The nerves were in evidence, weren't they. No soft hands. Was wondering if the night lights played a part in the mistiming of the incoming ball. I am probably looking for excuses. However, I do believe they played the game out. I rather like the little general Bulldog, he is a bit of an organiser. Tadgh worried me. Got the ball and then stuffed the disposal. Next week should be interesting.

Thanks Alison, good report. It's good to have insider input to supplement the newspapers.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)
Excellent report Alison.
Top job alison. Looking forward to more as the season progresses.
Thanks for that Alison. Well done.
jack missed at the 4 minute mark, Moore missed at the 5 minute mark, O'keefe missed at the 6 minute mark, Goodes nailed one at the 7minute mark. ROK got one at the 11 minute mark, then a gap until Mal gets one (from 50m penalty) at the 28 minute mark.
Saints reply with 5 goals straight. Nine point gamel 30 plays 21.
It is rare for teams to kick that accurately, it aint that easy.
Saints were fortunate to win this one.
Thanks, Alison. Nicely-written. Great to get the RWO version of events.
