    Round 8 - Port Adelaide

Kind of an unconvincing win on Saturday. Doesn't exactly inspire great confidence.

As for this week, we've had the wood on Port Adelaide for quite a few years now. In fact, the last time they beat us was in Round 2, 2006...at the SCG.

This game should not only be a win, but a much-needed percentage booster. Lose this and we really are in trouble.

    Swans by 46.

I hope you're right, but unfortunately it's not our habit to record crushing wins.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

Port are absolutely rubbish. There is no excuse for a 6+ goal win and hopefully some accurate goal kicking in front of goal. Our percentage is not particulary brilliant- but nothing that a good win won't fix. Port are a bottom 4 team at best, and we need to give them a good belting.

Explain yourself ugg. This is the only home game I will see this year and I want a win.

    1) we need to win and get out % over 100.
    2) if we can't beat Port by more than 40 points, we may as well pack up and start planning for 2012

I'm cheering madly for a draw tonight. Not just because I despise both teams, but it would be a dream result for us in regards to %.
