Very disappointing for Gaz. And very pleased to hear about Kieren and Pykey.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)
Poo. I was hoping we'd exhausted our Injury Karma last year. Truly this sucques.
Poor Red, hope he has a quick easy recovery.
I doubt he will make it back for more than a few games if at all sadly.
(here comes my basic, no nothing opinion) Surely he hasn't been running on the knee whilst they waited for it to try to heal itself. That hasn't happened, coupled with the surgery now and recovery/rehab. Then getting fitness up, then playing magoo's, then trying to crack the firsts.
cotton wool approach me thinks.
This sucks.
As a club I actually don't think we can complain too much about injuries at the moment.
