They seem to think he'll bounce back pretty quickly.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

They seemed fairly confident Bradshaw would overcome his knee problems as well. Initially, at least.

Thanks, that will lift the spirits of everyone on here.
..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

    DAN!!!!
    NO. NO. NO. NO. NO.

Lucky we've got the best doctor in the business.

    Speedy recovery mate.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

Someone's gotta keep it real on here, Al. Might as well cut our losses and just delist him now!

I wish whoever has the frighteningly effective Sydney Swans injury-inducing voodoo doll collection would get hit by a bus already.

Just so long as the Voodoo collection is not with them at the time...

Steady guys..it's a simple arthroscopy. Granny is back on her stick after 3 weeks from this.

There's no comparison, and no need to panic.

Adjust Hannebery's training workload, and he will be fine.

It sucks though, in that a goodly-sized chunk of his pre-season will be lost. It will set him back for at least the start of the 2012 season. At his age and stage in his career, a solid pre-season would have been great, but at least its only a minor setback. I'm sure the staff will have their hands full trying to hold him back in recovery anyway, which is a good sign...

He's already done 2 months of solid work already and if the Swans are right he'll be back into it in 3 weeks so from a Rd1 perspective I don't think he loses a lot.

The concern for me is if the Swans are wrong and it takes longer than 3 weeks and becomes an on going issue. The human knee wasn't designed for footy in mind.
