Thread: Changes for Hawthorn game

If Jude comes in, who goes out? Morton played well in limited time. I liked the look of the forward line with him in it. I just can't see who we'd drop..

They won't rest anybody. Jude has about as much chance playing on Saturday as Jesse.

Pyke set to play next week.

Nothing like a good light bulb moment.

but against the hawks we need some speed....Marty gets caught out too much..and his disposal has been off lately..
Marty has been caught but Tony has been as well. I'm not sure if he'd be better, I get worried fiddling with the back 6.

True but at least with Armstrong he has a lot more pace than Marty...IMO Marty hasn't been contributing enough that having Tony in would disrupt that back line..
Look at yesterdays game, we got caught out early with quick ball coming in. Bulldogs forwards spreading quickly...once the ball started to go in higher and slower out defenders got on top...

I agree with you, just hope Tony is a bit more aware from now on

Pyke will stay in,but they might rest him for the pussies if ankle dodgy. Bolton maybe in for pussies as sub at the earliest

I really, REALLY hope they keep Mitch Morton in, he had quite the impact yesterday, didn't he?

I'd like to see him stay so we can actually make such an assessment. He was on the bench for far too long for my liking.

I'm not sold on starting forwards as subs.
Captain, I am detecting large quantities of win in this sector

With Jude OTC tonight I suspect he won't be fronting up this week. If he was ready to go he would be in full training one suspects.

    Yep, can't see it happening.
Pyke shouldn't play if his ankle is at all dodgy and if he misses, Everitt in as sub.

Good point. Pity, but I guess if he's close we might have him for the Geelong game.

The team will most likely remain the same against the Hawks.
