    The positives

Top five positives from the GWS game

    1. People have stopped talking about our easy draw
    2. We showed how smart we were to recruit Shane Mumford
    3. We?ll get a crowd in Round 15 big enough to pay Buddy's salary
    4. We don?t have to play next week
    5. I wasn't there

I wouldn't bet on it - yesterday's crowd was poor.

And worse after the downpour. In our section, about half the people left rather than coming back to their seats after quarter time. Maybe they knew something we didn't...

    And my positive:

My five year old showed promise of a quick wit. In the first quarter, not long after play started, there was a massive clap of thunder and he deadpans with "I guess the Swans really can shake down the thunder". Not bad.
