    Update on AJ?

    Does anyone have an update on how AJ is travelling? I saw a photo of him doing a handball drill with the rehab group but haven't heard anything about him! Has he had his op? And if so was it the LARS again? And if so how is he recovering and is he a chance of playing football this year?

    If anyone has an update I'm sure all of us RWOers would love to hear it!

    Agreed. I read an injury update article of all the clubs and AJ wasn't even mentioned. May have to change his nickname to Voldermort...."He who must not be named

    Word I got is he had the LARS surgery but not certain if true or not. I'm going to training tomorrow so I might just ask him.

    Wasn't he getting surgery to un-LARS himself?

    I can fill you in. He has had the kneee cleaned up and I think "un-LARS'd". He won't be having the actual reco for a number of months yet. It's looking like the later half of the year. They need to be 100% that the infection is clear.

    Got food poisoning and couldn't go to training. So will have to ask next week. The officials are happy to chat a bit with the fans.

    Sounds like he won't be back this season from the above quote.
    Just watched the 2012 GF and realized how much I miss watching him play.
