Thanks for the hard work you put in
Thanks Danzar & Scott.
I think the downtime was probably a healthy break for most of us!
The site's been down so long I've forgotten who I wanted to slag off.
Unfortunately Mrs. L went into meltdown and started shouting crazy things to me like: "There's more to life than footfall." I had to have her committed of course, but with some proper care she should be back to her senses shortly.
I learned a little secret during these past 3 days that I would to share with my mates at RWO: The sun is very bright and hot. Who would have thought?
My own work website went down as well.
Without it we have no food or shelter, so I was quite stressed .
Then my sister rang and said "do you know the stress (of losing a final) could seriously affect your health ."
Im in a funk about the new world of coding we live in. It's mind boggling.
What if the whole internet explodes?
I can fix a bicycle and change light bulbs.
Thanks Dan and Scott.
Can we throw a party for you somewhere ?
Conspiracy theory has it that the server was turned off to allow us to greave privately and to get all the ugly venting to pass. Thanks for all the work that goes on behind the scenes to keep our great site running.
And - I really missed you all!
Good work Dan!!
Thank you Dan, and Scott. Always appreciated.
How is the money situation? Do we need a bit more?
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)
I've been waiting to have a good moan and cry... now I've forgotten who I want to moan about and cry over.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.
