Fantastic news, I agree, he's going to be a beauty, a natural footballer...And a hard nut to boot.

    I love this signing.

Jones has a hard edge and big competitor and i loved this type of players. Unsure as to the rest of skills but if he plays a bit like Jude Bolton our team is already better without a new signing.

Maybe this should be the start of a totally different post, but who else is out of contract? I love that Jones has resigned too. A competitive footballer with loads of talent.

He's a smart kid too - I think I'll sit tight here and wait for my turn in a premiership contender rather than heading home to a perennial cesspool of mediocrity!

Good news though, opportunities will open up for him.

Want to see George Hewett re-signed too, coming along nicely by all accounts, still quite young, just needs an opportunity.

Glad we're keeping the Jones boy. Love his approach.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

Good news - he is a keeper, and once he manages to force his way into the Seniors and gets a run of games, he will be there to stay.

Is it just me or does he look like a doppelganger of Hanners in that photo?

The last 3 Swans who have really excited me early were Dane Rampe, Luke Parker and Zac Jones
Had a chat to Zac at last years' Melb meet & greet and he seemed like a pretty down to earth guy full of hope and enjoying the public event.
Unlike Malceski who was acting pretty grumpy and fed up with everything, or maybe fed up with the Swans in hindsight...

Bit of Luke Parker in the strut and determined facial expression I reckon........
