Considering the team has been practising skills more this pre season, they are playing no differently than previous NAB games.
Callum Mills has most possessions to 1/4 time with 9

Heeney looks not very happy
The difference between insanity and genius is measured only in success.
Had to turn the volume down after listening to Dunstall and co's unremitting negativity for two and half quarters.
Has anyone else picked the difference in our game plan? Not sure if it will continue but the immediate wish to play on (mainly handball) stands out. For this to work, you need quick minded and skilful players. Time will tell if it's a trend and/or if we have the players to implement it.
Skills haven't improved at all! I know it's only NAB but Port don't seem to be having any issues even with an inexperienced side.
Heeney's injury doesn't look too good. He seems very despondent.
Whatever we paid for Mills he was worth it, a class above in his first senior game. One HBF covered :-)
Really impressed by Leonardis. Reckon he has it
He had observed that people who did lie were, on the whole, more resourceful and ambitious and successful than people who did not lie.
Reckon we've found one in Dawson. He was mentioned in dispatches from the intra game and in the short time he was on the ground today looked a player.
Has assets, looks developed, tall for a flanker and good long left foot. With vacancies in the team - watch this space!
Very impressed by Dawson too. Early days but he offers something different as a forward flanker
I think Dawson has gone ahead of BJ. Jake Llyod is going to be a star this year, I know theres been talk about McVeigh across HB but i hope we just keep Mills there the Kid is a god send for our shocking back half play.
Any update on Heeney?
