Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

Umpires: NICHOLLS, SCMITT and HAY - NICHOLLS was OK to me and HAY was perfect, never thought of him, but SCMITT!!!!
No TIPPETT, but McGLYNN might have to play with 12 disps, 6 marks, 3 tackles and 2 goals.
LAIDLER 13 disps, 4 marks 1 tackle, CUNNINGHAM 19 disps, 2 marks and 5 tackles and HEENEY 14 disps, 5 marks and 6 tackles and all played last Hawks game.
Our most interesting and important game for the year.
We played much smarter last week then we have for a while and our mids/forwards setups in front of the ball were the best for the year.
This is my game for the year and only trip and I hope its a cracker. PS: No 5 x free kick goals to the Hawks...

Sweet Caroline is up there with Khe Sanh as being a cringey product of my youth. I didnt sing along to any of those songs, but every single time i went out for a while and we had drinks at a pub these two songs would come on and everyone would join in.
And I use to sit in the corner and die from cringe.
On Friday Stuart Dew gave an interview on 3AW. They asked him if Heeney was being managed or dropped. He stated definitely managed due to knee tendinitis. He said that he has been managing for quite some time and in fact the bye did him no good. Something about continual training helps keeps it functional and the rest sort of seized it up. Those weren't his exact words but that's the way I understood it. Perhaps Swannies05 could elaborate further. But he also said he was no certainty to come back this week either.
I just hope the SCG crowd boos the umpires like it was a Subiaco game. We know that umpire-assisted club will win the free kick count and we need all the help we can get.
In saying that, I think Hewitt is exceptional at drawing frees in front of goal. Not sure how that sits with me. On the one hand, it's smart, on the other hand, it's what I hate Lindsay Thomas and Puppolo so much for.
Get Heeney more in the midfield and less jumping
