Still news on McLean, not on injured list. WTF is going on with this recruit. NEAFL players get very little exposure or update.

Really not sure what Cameron has to do? Nearly twice as many possessions, a whole 3 less hit outs, infinitely more marks and twice as many goals and Knoll gets more love?

What's that saying, the grassy is always greener?

How come Knoll doesn’t wear his seniors number in the ressies?

Usually for the top ups the lower numbers (48-54) are for the smaller players and the bigger ones get 58-60. I don’t think Knoll would fit in a 48

McLean’s been playing in 60 until now, but looks like the Swans have managed to get replacements for the old Jake Brown 41s

I might be odd but I’d be tempted to say, “can I please have #99? If I get a senior game, I want to at least be the answer to the trivia question who wore the highest number for the Swans”

    It’s probably Buddy’s special one-off #67

No, I meant, say a player was picked up in the mid-season draft and the list manager (or whoever delegates numbers) says “well, numbers have already been handed out this year, these are the ones that are left ...”
The player says “ok, well I’m a big LA Lakers fan, George Mikan wore #99 for the Lakers, can I have it?” or “Buddy once wore #67 for the Swans, can I have #99? I want the answer to a Swans trivia night question about who wore the highest number for the Swans to be me! ... if I get a game of course”

Interestingly (to me at least) in the last 50 years of the NBA (where jersey numbers range from 00-99 and high NBA numbers are the norm) over 3000 players have played and 14 numbers have not been worn yet (58, 59, 64, 69, 74, 75, 78-82, 87, 95, 97)

Tough game with Pink the only listed player in the back six. All GWS interchange can be expected to play but the Swans will lose at least five of their interchange players to the AFL.
