Fair call but he is obviously highly rated

He's got nothing around the park, a throwback to the day when ruckman weren't expected to win their own ball and provide a target up forward or cutting off opposition forays into our defensive zone. Plus constantly injured. Contract extension would have to be for a pretty low amount. Anything more would be lunacy.

Not fussed about Naismiths availability, he may be regarded by some as our No 1 ruck but he hasnt yet had a year as good as Sinclair did last year
6yrs a long time to show potential

agree 100% - does very little around the ground and not mobile enough for the current game

Just watched highlights of GWS game. We need to throw the kitchen sink at Coniglio. He would literally turn us into premiership contenders overnight. Wonder what they would want for him? First rounder + ruckman (Naismith?) ?

RFA. Your basically offering up a first rounder for him as Naismith is not worth a lot, maybe 4th rounder at best.

It’d have to be a godfather deal like Franklin. So GWS doesn’t match.

And 1 major injury away from mediocrity, minus a first rounder

True, but worth a risk as we're not looking like winning anything, any time soon.

I'm a massive fan of Coniglio. But why would he leave a team that's in contention to come to one that's rebuilding?

Lachie Neal could've gone anywhere but chose the Lions. Ultimately, everyone has their price too.
