If we could sustain that sort of level of effort week in, week out, we would have nothing as supporters to ever complain about.It definitely restores some faith in the boys, the coach....the club.
A lot of pieces to the puzzle to find to build our next team, but by gee there is some good building blocks there.

Did I miss something with KJ? He was lively in the first quarter but virtually didn't add to his stats after that.

Fantastic win tonight, showing what a terrific bunch of young competitors we have playing for the red and white. Currently the youngest team in the comp, and I would suggest already ahead of a couple of other “rebuilders”. Dawson/Parker alternating between midfield and forward and a fit Heeney and Papley will be very hard to match up on.

But if Essendon had kicked one more goal, I suspect I’d be reading a very different tone of posts on this thread.
