Thread: Heeney

    Heeney

"ruptured medial ligament in his ankle and also the tendon tunnel in his ankle has been ruptured"

Significant surgery and im hoping that Isaac can return to his best and his best role for the team.

Hopefully he doesn't start running like stevie Johnson after his Significant ankle surgeries as heeney has had multiple ankle injuries ever since starting at the swans.

Do we suspect that the leaping forward role maybe to rigorous week in week out for this type of reconstruction? Atleast in 2021?

Gardner alluding towards more forwards required?

Will Hayward may need to go back to a lead up role med forward?

    This is all very confusing.

If he can't run on a lead and jump then I highly doubt he will be playing.

Under your logic, he would have to play in the midfield (which has more running) or as a non leaping forward (I'm not sure what that actually is).

If you are asking whether he will get back to his best, well who knows. Fingers crossed that our medical staff have it all covered.

These posts are speculation about how Heeney will bounce back from last year's injury.

    Meanwhile, Heeney himself is fishing.

    Apologies if confusing

After my ACL recon i was hiking for 2hrs and jogging slow at 9 weeks so u would sure hope that Heeney is fishing by now

It was more about it is a fairly uncommon injury and a tricky one to heal / manage
