Thread: 2022 Finals Predictions

  1. #13
    Hey footy fans,
Don't forget that all finals tickets need to be pre-purchased on line....you can't buy a ticket at the gate

    - - - Updated - - -

This year, those who are not playing or officials in finals are required to purchase an online ticket to enter the game/ground you wish to see. There are no ticket sales at the gate, and tickets are $10 each.

This is the link to Eventbrite ticketing to obtain your ticket: www.eventbrite.com/d/australia—sydney/afl-sydney/

Select the ground and game you wish to attend. Any difficulties, please follow the ticketing guide attached.

Great to see SWS have 2 good wins in Seniors and ressies. An absolutely outstanding job by everyone at both clubs and the future certainly looks bright. Should have a few handy ins back for the GF also so hopefully they have one more good game left in them.

Wasn't an easy decision to do the merger; but if they can get some silverware in their first season, they'd be feeling more than vindicated.

Thanks mate - yes happy but jobs not finished.

Looking forward to not cooking the BBQ this weekend and just watching for a change, especially after the past two weekends of finals at Rosedale.

Awesome Job to Sth West Sydney and the season so far. Hope they can get it done on the weekend.

With a Camden making the Grand Final in Plat Div surely this highlights to difference in quality of the Premier Comp and the Platinum competition!!?? Camden get absolutely pummelled in Prems in 2021, lose some of their best players yet are still able to knock off Southern Power in a Prelim. I know Southern Power are pushing for a Prems licence in the future but this to me highlights the disparity in quality of Prems to Plats.

I realise it takes more than just on field performance to justify the promotion and that a promotion will no doubt attract some quality recruits but the Power are still a LONG way off unfortunately.

Congratulations to South West on taking out the Platinum premiership, thoroughly deserved. The way Camden conducted themselves midweek, they deserve to lose.

How about some context for those playing at home

Bloke spat on a Power player last weekend, giving him Covid. Then their club captain deliberately lied at the tribunal hearing. Also threatened the Power player after the hearing.

I would hope he was duly punched in the mouth for that, nothing less

You'd have more chance knowing about a Wallabies game this weekend than the last Saturday of footy for 2022.

Jeez I feel a bit for Wollondilly in Div 3 tomorrow. Go through the home and away season undefeated then come up against Manly in a Qualifier and Grand Final tomorrow who roll out several ex Prems Premiership players/Quality players. Good luck Wollondilly. To go with a 7.25pm grand final.

No issue with these blokes playing D3 by the way if that's where they want to get their footy fix.

UNSWES by 16 in the big one tomorrow!!
