Now I've read the argument, McNeil veering into Rampe once Duryea kicks over their head is really clear and you can see the decision for the Tribunal was actually quite easy.

Not a lot of rational thinking going on with supporters. Except us of course!😁

I liked this bit of the transcript:

The AFL’s Sam Bird asked Rampe whether McNeil was really a “realistic option” for the man with the ball to kick to in the moment.

“It absolutely was a realistic option,” Rampe said.

“The pass doesn’t go there, does it?” Bird asked.

“Because I did my job,” Rampe responded.

I’m assuming he’ll get up. Hope I’m not wrong!

    Take two:
    Out: Melican, Corey
    In: Lloyd, Chad
    Sub: Dyl or Corey

Great to see Ramps is free to play- sometimes the tribunal does get it right!
Hoping The Chad is fit as we need him in the middle especially on a big ground.
I think big Tom is still a chance but neither McLean or Amartey deserve to be dropped and if Darcy doesn’t play we will stick with the same combo as last week.

It will be tough over there but we’re the better team😊

I know many won’t agree with dropping Wicks before Corey, as he was reasonably ok. However we need to play Corey as his ceiling is higher and I consider Wicks to be no more than VFL level- same with Clarke. Both are ok for depth but shouldn’t be regulars if we’re serious- neither would get into a top 4 side, so what are we trying to prove by selecting them?
Reasonably ok? Try played very well and destroyed Bailey Dale after half time. I also get to talk to swans coaches and staff pretty regularly and I assure you not one of them thinks he is only VFL level. I was in the change rooms immediately after the game and his team mates and coaches were all over him. In addition to his defensive work, tackling and structural play his contested ball wins and quick usage is elite. Further he is honing his aggression and playing on the edge even better. I think you have a set against him. Or you don't know what you are talking about.
