    Round 20 Swans vs Bombers match thread

    Clarke has been named as the sub. Not sure why, since Longmire seems reluctant to use him.

    Davey in for Snelling. That's a "change of mind" change, since Snelling is their sub.

    Rd 20 vs Essendon @ Marvel - Match Thread

    A late change for #AFLDonsSwans with Will Snelling replaced in the Bombers' 22 by Alwyn Davey jnr,

    Substitutes:
    @essendonfc - Will Snelling
    @sydneyswans - Ryan Clarke

    Can't wait for this one. I wish we had another sub, but what will be, will be. How good does our away guernsey look? Love the red V.

    Hopefully the only negative is Jobe Watson's commentary. He is truly as terrible a commentator as the Bombers' team song.

    Cats loss really helps us. They have the toughest run. I had them at risk of the 8 even with a win today. Tonight is so important for our momentum.

    Captain, I am detecting large quantities of win in this sector

    Agreed. We need to be fierce at the contest for four quarters. And kicking straight for goal will help too.

    It seems we see the sub as mainly covering for injury. Clarke can play forward, back or in the middle.

    Not a good start...good news is that my mother has seen her blue tongue (McVeigh) in the back yard, which is usually a good omen for us

    Wow they just mentioned on the radio that we haven't laid a tackle yet!

    What did we do to deserve Luke “can’t spell my first name” Darcy in commentary?
    'Delicious' is a fun word to say

    I'm glad that Wicks finished that off, after Papley was surprisingly generous.
