So what? The real "test of the codes" would be to get the Australia wide ratings and put them against each other.

Unfortunately there is no doubt that the NRL will out rate the AFL on Friday night but congratulations to channel 10 for being prepared to put it live anyway!!
I think we will always fight a losing battle on the ratings front in Sydney but who cares as long as we do get our fair share of AFL coverage and live ones at that!
