Just one change, with Roberts returning for the injured Fox.

I have been really nervous about this game:
1. I hate Marvel. Its a cursed ground and we have a terrible record there.
2. Their tall forwards are awesome and without Tom we lack height to even make a contest in many cases.
3. No I'm not going to go there because I'm afraid to jinx it but ...
So with all that keeping me up at night, off to the golf course this morning for my 70th birthday treat and there on the 13th tee a black swan waddles up from the lake directly in front of me stops and waits for me to play my shot and then bows as a I go by.
I'm feeling much better.
They have weapons.
So do we.
Could go down to the wire !
"be tough, only when it gets tough"
I'm glad the black swan has settled your nerves.
But even before that:
1 Our record at Marvel is actually pretty decent. Indeed, we have a higher winning ratio there than all clubs other than Geelong.

2 Carlton have awesome tall forwards too, and we coped with them without McCartin. That doesn't mean the Dogs' forwards can't get hold of us, but should be enough to give us some confidence.
If said swan then chased and pecked a bulldog who yelped all the way home.....I'd be feeling even better again!
I reckon the Dogs could be dangerous but I think we have them covered.
One must remember that the Dogs also have the ability to be putrid and are absolutely 'thrashable' at times.

We've been thrashing the best teams all year.
We lost to Richmond.
Conclusion: Anything can happen. Worrying about it ain't worth the trouble.
Looking forward to this contest, the dogs have found some form lately and we are flying and so many interesting battles across the park - Lets go Sydney !
Happy Birthday Graemed!
I hope the black swan is a good omen, especially as we will be wearing our indigenous guernsey tonight. And also I hope it negates the fact that I broke a hand mirror this morning!
The players may have to warm up again.
