"There's been a few drunken nights with my mates back at my house and I've just happened to slip the Geelong game on about 10 or 11 times," Davis laughed

      I especially liked this:

Davis, the last-minute hero of the semi-final win against the Cats, is ready to bring that focus on now. If he had his way, there would be no holidays this year.

"When I got the phone call to come over, I jumped at the chance," Davis said.

"I didn't want to finish playing footy after the Grand Final. I'm pretty happy to be over here and excited."
Great attitude and very encouraging for 2006.
      Occupational hazards:
I don't eat animals since discovering this ability. I used to. But one day the lamb I was eating came through to me and ever since then I haven't been able to eat meat.

Pretty much the same story, however, even with all the partying the Swans boys reckon they are fitter than those who didn't play the finals.
