Two in particular.

The Pre-Match thread.
And in the "The rush to Sydney" thread, they are trying to tell me that Nick Davis did all these bad things to the club.

Must be the devil himself (can you believe they are calling him a Mummy's boy )

TheMase,

Just a WARNING: I'm one of the mods over there. No **** will be tolerated. If your intention is to come over to just be a smartarse, your posts will be deleted quick smart.

Isn't really my style mate. If a post comes up, I will debate it. I do not resort to cheap shots. Just posting at the topic at hand. The Collingwood guys are the ones taking the cheap shots and/or firing the abusive language.

Maybe not, but others from here may resort to cheap shots.

It is a Collingwood site, for Collingwood people, don't expect any protection over there. Therefore, if there are any 'cheap shots' from Pies supporters, so be it.

I see the yellow card I have received. Interesting. What exactly have I done wrong?

I do not doubt it is a Collingwood site. But surely you'd think you'd promote friendly discussion. Then again, this is Collingwood we're talking about

[BAM_BAM]

Joel,

you disappoint me. You should know after yesterday what a good natured bunch we are. I don't think anyone really tried to offend you guys who visited us.

We do take footy seriously, but after all, it's all a bit of fun isn't it? Life's too short otherwise.

[Joel]

Hey guys, myself, I'm open to discussion. Just be careful what you say. Mase, at the moment, just take it as a warning to keep in line. It's a standard thing for opposition supporters.

[ugg]

I like it how when they can't resort to debating, they tell us to piss off!

[Joel]

No, ugg, it is place where Collingwood supporters can discuss issues, without supporters from other clubs telling us we are bull****, all the time.

[Ruda Wakening]

Joel seeing as you're a mod over there . Don't you think its about time all this crap about Nick on that board stopped ? You seem to be a smart guy , so why let that stuff be dragged up over and over again ? Didn't some of the more intelligent regulars want all Nick D threads to be closed a long time ago ? Whilst i can see the relevance, between Nick and this weeks game, and i'm willing to try to understand it up to a certain point - why the hell do they insist on not giving a stuff about him on one hand, saying they're better off without him, yet still enjoy being totally obsessed with him ? If they want to start the mummys boy **** again, they could say the same about Anthony Rocca . That shows their mentality ...

Don't take any offence at what i've said, but this topic is one thats very close to me, and its the reason i'm now with Sydney . For the life of me, i can't see the need for allowing such crap to be posted over there, time and time again ...

Why can't they just do what the people who were actually involved have done, regarding that whole epic saga ?

MOVE ON !

[ugg]

I don't see anything wrong with going over to another club's board, and wanting to discuss the upcoming game. I like to read what other supporters have to say and get a view from their perspective. IMO, I didn't see anything too inflammatory written by Mase or sharp before they got told to bugger off.

[Joel]

We aren't the thought police. The fact is, people don't like the way Nick Davis left the club and they are still upset about it. Therefore, I don't think it is a good idea for you guys to come over there and debate the morals of the story.

Nick's NEVER has been a site for opposition supporters to come to a discuss things as they like. Collingwood supporters use other boards to hear the POVs of other supporters, i.e. Bigfooty.

[desredandwhite]

Hey guys,

Go over to the other board if you must, but remember - it is THEIR board, and they should be treated with respect. Bottom line is that their mods are free to set whatever standards they want. If you go over there wanting to cause trouble, then you're not doing it as a representative of RWO.
