I might just second that, seeing as I'm coming all the way from Sydney

Unfortunately I have to pick up our tickets from the ground as I was stupid enough to ring Ticketmaster too late for them to post it. Lonsdale and King, eh? From my limited knowledge of Melbourne's CBD, that would be, what, 5-10 mins walk to the ground? Sounds convenient - I'd be wanting to pick them up about an hour before the game, so I don't get stuck in a queue...

Ditto, but there's no need to panic, SF. It's all cool. I did the same thing -- simply because I am hopeless remembering anything important like tickets -- so it's all good. We'll meet you there and head over early.

And Satchmo -- I'm excited too! One sleep to go! I had best go pack...

            Hopefully this link works

The Colonial Hotel Is where the map is marked in King Street and surprisingly the Telstra Dome is not marked but it is the Yellow area 'Latrobe St/Footscray Rd/Bourke St/Wurundjeri Way

Cheer Squad are meant to be sitting at the Latrobe Street end (but we were told that last game and got there to find out we were at the other end)

I'm so nervous I think I'm going to be sick. I really really really hate Essendon. We have to beat them. I'm just about to go out the door to drive to Launceston to catch the plane. Great excitement.

Better to be too fluctuant than too flatulant. I guess either would be a problem in chaps.

Satchmo was still highly excited at the pub - I hope she survived the game and is now enjoying the afterglow.

Yep now I am exhausted, completely and utterly emotionally drained. I was sitting in amongst a whole group of Bombers and when I said I was bringing out the magic biscuits they thought I was joking. Eirinn's biscuit with Tadgh iced on it was greeted with awe.
I then just soaked up the atmosphere but it is back to reality now.
