if you are a swans supporter, you have a differennt idea to what the swans needs are at this time. if drever and harris ARE gone at our first pick not sure why we would not go for the next key defender available and on my reading of those still available it would be Clancy Snell. note i have not seen any of the draftees play.

If you're referring to the mock draft, then it's probably a touch early to go for pure needs when a talent like Butler is still on the board.

Is Clancy Snell related to the KPD Patrick Snell already on our list? I haven't heard it mentioned so assume it's just coincidence but a more enduring version of the Fabulous Flying McCartin Brothers would be nice .....

In that scenario, we bid on Matthews at 8 and take Harris at 9. Works for me.

cals latest is not a PHANTOM draft , its a ranking of ratings of the prospects, Agree if actual draft ends that way. Tommy_wolfs PHANTOM has us taking Butler a mid at 9 (9 because of the matching taking place higher.) Harris is taken by Melbourneat 6and dever by richmond at 8, thats why my comment to him that clancy Snell a strong key defender who is taken later in his phantom would be a better bet for us.
