The umpiring was shocking- it was obvious they allowed the Bombers a lot of latitude with the ball to encourage a young team but the rules are the rules and their job is to be fair to both sides. Having said that, we were pretty average and it didn’t seem like a tuning up for the finals..Pressure was so-so for large parts of
the game and with lots of careless mistakes. I won’t name the players but our Captain was near the top of the list. Sad that his form has slumped at the business end- let’s hope he discovers it very soon!

can't blame the umps entirely we wer attrotious in the second qrt and on ly improved slightly in the second half. Playing too cute as Riewolt said, Our prima donna attitude did nto change much either. BLAKEY what does he try to do, i dont think he knows . Bice continued o performe poorly in the second half ,he is not the same player as the 2025 one. Gets himself into trouble too many times they should have tried Snell earlier in season to see what he has to offer.

I was listening on the radio and it sound horrible in the middle quarters. By the way Andy Maher is the worst caller of all time. He and Campell Brown spent half the game talking to each other. I had no idea what part of the ground the play was in.

Mills last month has been average. He’s neither composed by hand, or defensively sound against ground balls. He needs to lift for finals.
