Roos was on Fox Sports News this afternoon doing his best not to answer qns - however, if you take him at his word, Buchy will definitely miss this week, Davis will do a stint in the 2s before returning & one of the youngsters will get a run.

Hopefully it's Laidlaw but I have a feeling Phillips is returning.

Intersesting how we have a dream run with injuries for 2 seasons then cop 3 knees in the first 4 rounds. Maybe we have just been plain lucky in 2005 and 2006.

Yep - only soft tissue injuries can be managed. Joints and bones are a matter of luck.

I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

                        I just read this

"On the injury front, Amon Buchanan will have a fitness test later this week to determine if he plays against the Demons at the SCG on Saturday night.

He had been expected to miss two weeks after injuring his knee against Adelaide, but arthroscopic surgery on Monday revealed no damage to the cartilage in the knee."

Is that similar to what they said about hall?

Give him a rest and bring in someone else.

Urgh. Give Amon a rest and give a youngster an opportunity.

Are you guys serious?? Take one of our best players off to give a young guy a break?? Do you think this is some sort of amateur park competition?
