Nope. Nothin' at the Club either. Just some old drunks playing pokies and 2 screens of English soccer and one of Rugby League. Quite a few arrive expecting "something" but no cigar (at least while i was there).Comment

There was an announcement at the ground saying there would be no after match function but I only heard it once and it was during the warm up along with the warning about balls travelling over the boundary fences (the wording of which never fails to amuse me), so easy to miss.Superman still wears Brett Kirk PyjamasComment

Missed both announcements. 2nd one would have been helpful given the number of OOBOTFs. It would have been nice to repeat the first one after the match - but maybe they were a bit embarrassed. We were lucky enough to be watching the game from the Chairman's function, quite a few past players were there for the day and just about all the players were there after the game.
It was nice to see Barry Hall after the game, he was looking quite relaxed and smiling and happily chatting with everyone. For those on that side of the ground, was he in there with the other past players to see the players run out? We couldn't see who was there from where we were sitting.
I've uploaded some photos that JS has taken over the last couple of months for those who are interested

Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
