My prediction, Thompson will be suspended, Hall will be fined, if that.

Mike Sheahan christened them the 'Kray Brothers' at one stage.

    Kray Brothers

He received a very terse response from Mother Scott.

I got an SMS while at the SCG with "Bazza's lost it after somebody knocked him over whilst tying his shoelaces"

I didn't need to even see the footage to know it was Thompson.

He is as annoying and cheeky as Milne and Ballantyne, just in a bigger body.

That was what I think the main concern was. Given that the other player may not have been able to breath, it was a dangerous situation.

Didn't see MOL react like a thug, when Hunter(??) did it to him a few years ago!!
Proves he is still a loose cannon.

The rules and the umpires shouldn't be there to protect rapant dickheadery. Barry should be let off with a warning and guy who knocked him over should be fined for bringing the game into disrepute (probably not actually possible, but that would be beautiful)!
He won't get off and the tactic was straight out of the scott manual. He used to do it all the time as a player and his press conference he said it was legitimate. One thing is to mind @@@@ a player and one thing is too bait him in all aspects of while trying to play footy. I couldnt believe the umps allowed the kanga players to run up to him and bait him as he was leaving the ground.

I thought Barry handled the situation very well. I think had he been at the swans and not on his last chance at a new club there would have been a few roos players this morning with busted jaws and eyes.
