Parker or Kennelly as sub I s'pose (unenthusiastic about both of those for different reasons).

Still not certain if McVeigh is playing. If he's not I guess it's Bevo in. Can't imagine they'd go with TDL.
Have to be Tadhg after him being replaced on the HB line. I hope it's not Lukie as I like the kid & think he has the goods.

Well what do you know, I agree with Bas! I think even with the poor chase he will only improve with game time. He has a very awkward running style that seems to rely on balance and co-ordination and not rhythm and that may affect his tackling. He needs some expert tackling tuition.

I noticed D. Kowalski is running the boundary on Sunday. He's a killer umpire that bloke.

For those that don't know : Emergencies for Sunday are Bevan, Seaby and TDL.

Meredith is getting a run as interchange and McVeigh listed to play but as you all know may still be late withdrawal.

I dunno, i think Tiges have enough Meredith types in their side. Their Ruck and Defensive stocks are the areas they need to bolster.

Just a figure of speech. I wouldn't be surprised either though.

Could it be part of a package deal with Seaby? They are after a ruckman, after all, and Seaby is too good for Canberra, but not flexible enough to be a second ruckman with the sub rule.

Confirmed from where? Not that I'd be at all surprised.

Was about to say Trent Dennis-Lane but then stopped, I'm sure of it. Suggests that he is out this week? I reckon TDL will be out so I wouldn't be surprised.

Pure speculation, but I thought it was interesting.

Campbell Heath is the obvious one in the reserves, but will the coaches want to put in a 2nd year player who has been injury riddled during his time with us over one of our most experienced come finals time? I doubt it. If Tadhg plays as he did on Saturday night I think the coaches will stick with him. He might only get 10 touches a game but as long as he doesn't make any howling mistakes, they'll take that over putting a 19yo in come crunch times in the finals.

Next year, however, Tadhg could be really struggling to keep his spot given his gradual drop in form and consistency over the last 10 weeks conitnues.

If Mal doesn't come up to speed this season, and if Kennelly is as formless as some are suggesting - who would be the best replacement for the balance of this season?
