He was a brilliant footballer. Sure hope they show some highlights of his marks on Saturday.

Here's your answer.

[Cheer Squad]

He looks like he's wearing a Giants guernsey!

[Doctor]

I'm sure the guerneys weren't that tight 30 years ago!

He looks like he's wearing a Giants guernsey!

That was my first thought as well, and knowing Capper my first thought was "he's going to be at the SCG because GWS have paid him to go and hand out free tickets to one of their games!"

[DamY]

Guernsey looks amazing!!! Looks like our logo even. Will definitely grab one

[ShockOfHair]

Uh-oh.

From the Swans' Facebook page:

What was acceptable to wear in 1980s is going to be acceptable this Saturday afternoon at the SCG when the Swans take on Melbourne. The match is themed ?retro ?80s? to mark the Swans? 30 years in Sydney. Fans are encouraged to dust off their shoulder pads, don a fake mullet and rekindle their love for leg warmers. The man who had the most enviable of hairstyles back in the ?80s, Warwick Capper, is going to judge the best dressed on the day.

Taylor Walker was a couple of weeks too early and Maric was at the wrong ground by the looks of it...

An 80's theme - hmmmm now where did I put my school uniform???.......

I wonder if the Swantits will make a comeback?

[Big Al]

I wonder if the Swantits will make a comeback?

If they are I'm setting up my telescope in the Brewongle and praying we score a lot.

[GongSwan]

I don't remember a lot of the 80's, various reasons, exactly what was going on and who are the Swantits, Swanettes?
