Past players - what are they up to?

Thanks Liz & MCS, as that's 5 of the 7 players in the line up identified. I think the 2nd bloke in the cap is Nick Davis (he was doing radio commentary for SEN and said he was in the room). I saw recent footage of Lewis Jetta playing one off in a local league and he is now bigger than Davisi f i'm being kind.

Someone in the comments mentioned if the first bloke is actor Gary Sweet?

Nevertheless, it was great these former players volunteered their time to help out the club during their time of need. Bet they are so glad they did after witnessing a Bloods victory that will be etched in history!

I have no doubt that someone in the club (I'd reckon Kirky) has deliberately gone to great lengths to get some of our legends back into the fold during this period. There were of course a heap of them there for the North game, and again a heap more on Saturday night. Fantastic to see them around the club, and I suspect helping to guide the players informally during some very challenging times. They saw an absolutely classic win on Saturday night, and you just never know - two more performances like that and many of them could have some new company in a very illustrious club.

Just watched it again. I'm now with you on the guy in the cap being Davis, not Jets.

I think the first one in the line is a barely recognisable Brad Seymour.

I'm also now pretty sure that the third player in the line up (next to Davis) is Darren McAsey. I wondered if it was him when I watched the Facebook clip but I've just rewatched my recording of the post game from the rooms (Fox Footy's broadcast) and I can see the same guy wandering around and I'm pretty sure it is. His playing career was before my time but he used to be the landlord of The Alexandria Hotel that, in the early 2000s, was a popular venue with Swans fans for watching away games.

Another good get Liz. I remember McAsey wearing no.46 and taking a spectacular crashing mark over a pack at the SCG one day, which stuck in my mind.

I also recall after our famous 96 QF win against Hawthorn, walking back to our hotel with my late dad and dropping into a pub full of happy Swans supporters. Darren McAsey served us from behind the bar, whom i recognised as he wasn't long retired then.

Can't remember name of the Pub, but it could well have been the Alexandria Hotel if it's within walking distance of the SCG.
